About me
Hello, I’m Mariuz Paredes. I am a professional passionate about gastronomy, music and technology. in the three areas, being a Telecommunications Engineer from UNEFA (2021), International Chef from L’ECOLE DU CHEFCHEF INTERNACIONAL (2008-2010) and a Musician trained in the System, Simon Bolivar Musical Foundation (2001-2022). My experience as a chef and my musical training as an instructor have allowed me to develop a comprehensive vision of the world, combining creativity and precision in everything I do.
Currently, I am constantly learning and seeking new experiences that allow me to expand my knowledge and skills. I am convinced that the combination of my different areas of interest will allow me to achieve great challenges and contribute positively to society.

This experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of music theory and instrumental practice, skills that I have shared with my students with great enthusiasm.-

My love for cooking prompted me to become an International Chef at the prestigious Comprehensive Academy of Haute Cuisine L'ECOLE DU CHEFCHEF INTERNACIONAL. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in international cuisine, acquiring knowledge about culinary techniques, flavors and cultures from different parts of the world.-
